Our M.A. program provides a rigorous and top quality education for students pursuing a wide range of history-related careers. Students learn through a mix of topical, methodological, and research seminars, and cap their education with an individualized Master’s project. Close mentorship from our internationally-recognized faculty provides deep training in historical reading, research, writing, and communication for anyone serious about and dedicated to history; offers top-notch content expertise for future Social Studies teachers; and helps those preparing for Ph.D. study.
