Our M.A. program provides a rigorous and top quality education for students pursuing a wide range of history-related careers. Students learn through a mix of topical, methodological, and research seminars, and cap their education with an individualized Masters project. Close mentor-ship from our internationally-recognized faculty helps those preparing for Ph.D. study; offers top-notch content expertise for future Social Studies teachers; and provides deep training in historical reading, research, writing, and communication for anyone serious about and dedicated to history.
